The room is practical, spacious, and equipped with sporting gear and a very comfortable bed, as well as a microwave, electric kettle.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a good area, so close to neighbouring St Clair beach and cafes, sea front and the cafes / restaurants of St Clair. Our room was airy and heated with excellent facilities as well as good heating, just what we needed...

The location was marvellous and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ocean Beach. We visited restaurants and a casino close to the hotel.

Helpful and efficient staff who went out of their way to provide excellent service. A huge variety of options, nice food. - Nice position close to the peninsula. - Excellent for visiting Andersons Bay.

we were in dunedin for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was tidy with quiet and strategic location close to city center. the view was lovely, the service was excellent.
